Salesforce Insight Accelerator

As the lead UX/UI designer, I helped created an interactive, AI-powered experience for Salesforce’s Agentforce platform, designed to help both independent business owners and large corporations uncover potential cost savings over a three-year period. Users could either engage in a natural, voice-based conversation with an AI agent (powered by LLM technology) or take a quicker, multiple-choice route. Upon completion, they received a personalised insights report delivered directly to their email as a downloadable PDF. Each user’s profile is saved, allowing them to return at any time and pick up right where they left off. I collaborated closely with back-end and AI developers to bring the experience to life, ensuring a seamless, branded journey across all touchpoints.
