The Salesforce Insight Accelerator is an AI-powered tool built for Agentforce, designed to help independent business owners and large enterprises identify potential cost savings over a three-year period. As the lead UX/UI designer, I shaped the end-to-end digital experience — from interaction design to branded interface, video editing, and cross-functional collaboration with AI and back-end teams.

The brief set an ambitious goal:
Create a simple, intuitive way for users to uncover complex financial insights — powered by AI, but driven by conversation.

The challenge was to take something typically dense and technical (cost forecasting, operational insights, multi-year projections) and make it feel both human and approachable. To achieve this, I designed two distinct interaction paths:

1. A natural, voice-driven conversation
Users could speak directly with an AI agent built on LLM technology. The experience needed to feel fluid, responsive, and trustworthy — more like talking with a knowledgeable assistant than filling out a form. I focused heavily on micro-interactions, pacing, and visual cues to create a sense of personality without sacrificing clarity.

2. A streamlined multiple-choice route
For users who preferred speed, I created a structured path with concise questions and guided options. Both routes needed to feed into the same insights engine, so the challenge was ensuring consistency in tone, pacing, and output.

Once users completed their journey, they received a personalised insights report, delivered by email as a downloadable PDF. The report summarised potential cost savings, recommendations, and next steps — a tangible takeaway that reflected the brand’s precision and expertise.

To support future engagement, every user profile was saved, allowing them to return later and continue from where they stopped. This required close collaboration with developers to design state-saving logic, branching flows, and a back-end handoff that felt invisible to the user.

Throughout the process, I worked closely with AI engineers, back-end developers, and brand teams to ensure the experience felt cohesive across visual design, interaction patterns, and system behaviour. My role also included motion/video editing to bring the conversational interactions to life and reinforce Salesforce’s polished, enterprise-level brand identity.
