Brand Identity & UI
Repply is a fitness brand that offers a mobile app, enabling users to work out anywhere and everywhere. Users can set goals, receive workout plans from a feed, track progress, and go live to compete against other users. The app also uses TX algorithms to ensure users perform their reps with correct form.
As part of their brand identity, I designed their logo to interpret competition with two R characters placed back-to-back. The aim was to emphasise one of the app’s key features: the ability to go live and compete head-to-head with other users worldwide. I chose a bold sans-serif typeface to give the brand impact and symbolise strength, which aligns with Repply’s core values. The vibrant orange colour serves a dual purpose: it is bright and exciting to make the brand look lively and motivate users to work out, while also highlighting the app's social nature and its live competition feature. Additionally, the client wanted their photography to show inclusivity, featuring users of all ages, sizes, and body shapes rather than just bodybuilders.
